Advice & Consultation Session

At your first appointment, you’ll be encouraged to talk through what’s happening, and what you’d like to change with the advisor, who’ll listen and support you.

The advisor will help you gain a better understanding of your feelings and situation, and you will work with him to find solutions to problems.

You may be offered a single session or a short course of sessions over a few weeks or months. Please note sessions may be paused for Salah breaks.

It can take a number of sessions before you start to see progress, but you should gradually start to feel better with the help and support of your advisor.

Lastly, our advisors are always prepared to utilise the full length of the allocated time. If, after the primary discussion where the issue was addressed, there is time remaining then clients will be given the opportunity to seek additional advice. Otherwise, the session may end early.
