During Your Appointment
At your first appointment, you will be encouraged to speak openly about your situation and the changes you hope to make. The advisor will listen attentively, offer support, and help you explore your concerns.
Together, you will work toward gaining clarity, understanding your emotions, and identifying practical steps to address your challenges.
Depending on your needs, you may be offered a single session or a short course of sessions over several weeks or months.

Progress can take time, and it may require multiple sessions before noticeable improvement is felt. However, with consistent support, clients typically begin to feel more at ease and confident in managing their situation.

Our advisors always aim to utilise the full session time. If the main issue has been addressed and time remains, you will have the opportunity to seek additional advice. In some cases, sessions may conclude earlier if appropriate.

Please note that sessions may pause briefly for Salah.
